Good work by Suarez earns a late corner for Liverpool, but it is defended well by Swansea.

Swansea look the most likely to grab a late winner at the moment but Liverpool can catch a break as they win a throw in inside Swansea's half.

Liverpool are having much more of the ball at the moment, and Laudrup's tactical switch at half time hasn't seemed to have made a difference in the middle of the park so far.

Liverpool attack from the left and Suarez finds Gerrard, who, after recieving the ball back from a failed return pass, shoots at goal but it is a simple save for Tremmel in the Swansea goal.

Liverpool work the ball forward but a poor touch by Enrique ends the move.

A bit of a messy start to the second half, with both teams losing possession frequently.

Michu's loose pass is collected by Johnson who sprints forwards with ball and travels a good 40 yards before losing out to a Swansea defender.

Routledge tries a through ball towards Davies but Johnson positions himself well to intercept.

Enrique wins the ball for Liverpool by catching Hernandez up and getting a foot in.

Swansea kick off the second half, having made a change with Ki coming on to replace Shechter.

I think we are bound to see the goals we have so far lacked in the second half, and judging by what we saw before the break, Hernandez to net the next goal at 12/1 represents good value. There has been plenty of chances for both sides, with Sterling's effort which thumped the crossbar the closest we have come to a goal. Hernandez has been very lively for Swansea, while Suarez has once again been Liverpool's key player in the opening period.

It gets very scrappy on the edge of the Swansea box as Liverpool continue to threaten but the hosts do just enough to hold on until the whistle.

Sterling is incredibly unlucky as his strong effort comes back off the crossbar. Great effort from the 17 year old as Liverpool start to mount some pressure.

The Spaniard instigates a good attacking move from Liverpool, which sees Suarez's shot blocked out for a corner following Sterling's dangerous cross.

Routledge frees de Guzman up on the right wing with a great pass but the Canadian can't take advantage of the chance. He then has an opportunity to shoot as Gerrard loses the ball but strikes wide of the goal.

Hernandez goes close with a sweet curling attempt from outside the box, but it is narrowly wide.

Agger can't find Enrique, with Angel intercepting eagerly, but the Dane recovers to clear the Swansea full back's attempted pass to Shechter.

Henderson tracks back well to recover possession for Liverpool deep inside his own half.

Johnson almost opens the scoring as he bursts into the box to recieve a return pass from Enrique, but Tremmel comes out well to block for a corner. The referee sounds his whistle as Gerrard swings the delivery in for a Swansea free kick following some pushing in the area.

Swansea keep passing the ball well in an advanced position, but eventually surrender possession when de Guzman plays a poor pass forward.

Liverpool are making a few mistakes defensively and are looking a bit nervous when Swansea attack.

Hernandez shows great skill to free himself from both Allen and Downing to create a good chance for Swansea, but Reina comes out quickly to claim Routledge's dangerous chip into the penalty area.

End to end game so far but the quality hasn't been there for either side to capitalise.

Brilliant chance for Liverpool as Johnson curls in a lovely cross into the six yard box but Enrique is in about five different minds as he throws himself at the ball, and ends up directing it wide with his thigh.

Liverpool threaten but Enrique waits too long before passing to Suarez and the Uruguayan ends up offside.

Sterling runs forward and has another shot at goal, but it is another weak effort and Tremmel has no trouble gathering.

Liverpool head the corner clear and retain possession.

Suddenly, a corner at the other end now as Reina gets down well to save Routledge's impressive strike towards the bottom left corner.

It is Johnson who heads at goal from the corner, but it goes harmlessly over.

Suaraz holds the ball up before feeding Johnson for the cross from the right byline, but it is cleared behind for a corner.

Sterling does very well to track back and win a goal kick from the legs of Davies.

The match's first shot on target comes from Sterling, but it is a tame effort following a dangerous run by Suarez.

Chico is encouraged to try a long range shot at goal by the crowd, but his powerful effort is blocked.

Hernandez tries to thread through Davies on the left side of the area but Skrtel reads the play well to slide clear comfortably.

Good work again from Hernandez forces a throw in an advanced position for Swansea on the right wing, but still no sight of goal for the hosts.

No chance comes from the corner but Swansea have been able to catch up on a bit of possession.

Hernandez catches Downing out of position but the left back recovers to concede a corner.

First attack comes from Liverpool with Downing's cross coming back to Enrique who has a shot from outside the box but it is blocked without panic from the Swansea defence.

No action yet, with Liverpool enjoying the majority of early possession.

Looking at Liverpool's line up you would be forgiven for thinking Enrique is left back Downing is on the left wing but it is the other way around. The Spaniard was particularly impressive playing in a more advanced role against Wigan last weekend, while Downing has played in defence a few times this season and looks comfortable. A good move from Rodgers?

This is a tough game to call, and both sides with fancy their chances of winning. I think that they may cancel each other out somewhat, with a draw the most likely result. I'll tip a 1-1 draw.
