Chelsea break forward and Lamaprd tries to pass to Mata in the right side of the box but it goes out for a goal kick.
Michu gets around the back of Terry before crossing from the left side of the box to Hernandez on the edge of the box in the centre but he cannot get his shot off and Chelsea clear.
Mata's cross from the left is cleared by Williams in the box.
Chelsea are the first to press but Mata's cross from the left byline is plucked out of the air by Vorm.
Swansea re-start the game.
