Dele Alli is an injury doubt for the Dons' home clash this weekend.

Alli limped out of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy win over Northampton in midweek following a late challenge from Cobblers midfielder Ishmel Demontagnac and the teenager continues to feel the effects of the tackle.

Lee Hodson and Samir Carruthers are both away on international duty with Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland Under-21s respectively while injured trio Dean Bowditch (groin), Daniel Powell (ankle) and Tom Flanagan (ankle) remain unavailable.

Ian McLoughlin, Jon Otsemobor, Ben Reeves and Alan Smith all impressed against Northampton having been left out of the starting XI for the league win at Sheffield United, and the quartet will be hoping to have done enough to keep their places in the team.

Robins defender Alex Smith is struggling with injury ahead of their trip to Buckinghamshire.

The former Fulham man has a shin/knee problem and is touch and go for the televised clash at stadiummk.

Aaron Oakley continues his recovery from a broken foot but manager Mark Cooper has no other injury worries and has a number of new attacking options after his recent transfer market moves.

The Robins, who ran out 5-0 winners last time out against Crewe, have signed Dany N'Guessan after his release from Millwall and Egyptian striker Mohammed El Gabas while Paul Caddis has moved to Birmingham and Troy Archibald-Henville is building his fitness on loan at Carlisle.
