Saints striker Rory Fallon is also absent as he has travelled to play for the New Zealand international team.

Striker Steven MacLean (knee) and defender Steven Anderson (thumb) are long-term absentees for the home side.

Kilmarnock are boosted by the return of Rabiu Ibrahim, who has been out since collapsing during a victory over Ross County on 19 October.

But the midfielder has been given the all-clear to resume playing at McDiarmid Park following a series of medical tests.

Killie manager Allan Johnston has no fresh injury concerns as his team look to return to winning ways on Saturday.
