FT: Fulham 1 Tottenham 2

What a massive win for Spurs. To come from behind in a derby in circumstances like that will be a timely boost for Villas-Boas. Huge victory.

90+1
Kasami smashes the woodwork as Fulham chase the game still.

90
Spurs grinding this out here. Senderos booked for a foul on Townsend.

86
And the Costa Rican nearly snatches an equaliser. The ball is loose in the area and Lloris makes a stunning save.

86
Ruiz on for Parker.

84
The impressive Kacaniklic is replaced by Damien Duff.

84
Paulinho so close to a third with a header, but Stekelenburg just reaches it.

82
GOAL! (Holtby) Brilliant finish! First in the Premier League for Holtby as he cuts inside and unleashes a powerful effort for 2-1!

78
Again, Berbatov on the end of a Fulham delivery but it's a great save from Lloris.

77
Berbatov nearly latches onto a pass in the Spurs area but it's just too far.

76
Chiriches comes off for Townsend, Spurs' last change.

75
Spurs hit Fulham on the break again, and Walker's lovely lofted through ball finds Defoe but he blasts over when through on goal.

75
Not so, as Kacaniklic's corner is headed clear.

74
Fulham corner now from Dejagah's hard work. Instant reply?

72
GOAL! (Chiriches) A fairly quiet but comfortable period for Spurs ends with a great finish from the defender. He's full on 30 yards out as he hits a half-volley straight and true past Stekelenburg.

Short and sweet from Harry Haynes (@HarryHaynes): I miss Harry...

Mukka (@themukka01): what the hell is going on with spurs I'm losing faith with AVB now he needs to start playing a 442 cuz we look crap."

Chris Davies (@daviesdingaling): spurs fans need to relax Avb is a talented young manager we are 2 wins from 2nd or 3rd spot it's a long way to go...

Daniel Higgins (@Holtby_THFC): "I'm a spurs fan and I think us spurs fans need to lay off avb. It takes time for players to gel together and settle."

The feedback is flying in! Sandeep Chohan (@Soulfly778) first: "Frustrating performance but I'd like to see fans keep behind AVB. Plenty of the season remaining to make things click."

68
Chadli replaces Sandro for game-chasing Spurs.

61
First change of the game for Fulham, as Karagounis comes off for Sidwell.

57
GOAL! (Dejagah) And Fulham are ahead! Berbatov wins the ball and plays a terrific ball into Dejagah, and the midfielder slides the finish home, great goal!

55
Massive chance. Chiriches can't quite clear the delivery from the right and Berbatov gets his chance, but he fires it just wide.

And some more optimism on Fulham's chances, this time from Tony: "...clearly AVB still can't figure out what's his best lineup. Fulham to win it 2-0 both by Berbatov."

Here's Ben Rogers, our first Fulham fan! "Well that was a more positive first 45mins and its still 0-0 but it was all square against west ham and look how that turned out! Trying to stay positive. Come on fulham!"

51
Spurs enjoying plenty more possession on that right wing. Lennon picks out Defoe again but his backheel is blocked, with Sandro blasting the ensuing loose ball out for a corner via a deflection.

49
Lennon plays a lovely one-two with Holtby, and his cut-back finds Defoe but Senderos gets back to block well.

The feedback is still rolling in during the second half. Liverpool fan Paul has backing for AVB: Liverpool fan here. What is wrong with you Spuds? AVB will get it right. He has bought players that were performing consistently! He will need time to put these players together. I still believe you will win tonight. 2-0."

47
Holtby at least looks to inject some energy into Spurs' approach play. He robs Parker but his deflected shot is saved.

46
Back underway at Craven Cottage, and Capoue has been replaced by Holtby for the second half.

Another disgruntled Spurs fan in the shape of Lee Tomlinson: "Suprise suprise no goals again! What is AVB playing at? Sounds like we are being outplayed by Fulham!! Very annoying to be goalless again. Bring back the games when scores were 4-3 or the like nearly every game. Win or loose at least they were exciting!"

Paul, a 'demoralised Spurs fan' is next up, and he's calling for AVB's head. Is he right?: "The 100 million spent was spread out too thinly on 6 or 7 mediocre players. Sack AVB and the other top brass involved. When they are sold in a years time we won't recoup £30 million. Let's be honest 8th is all we are capable of achieving this year. Sad times indeed."

'Frustrated Spurs fan' Matt Davies here: "I am growing ever more frustrated as a Spurs fan! They look complete garbage once they get past the halfway line. A mediocre mid-table club. AVB's team selection and tactics are once again questionable. They are getting outplayed by Fulham and they shouldn't be. Simple as that. Where is the attacking zest gone that we were once so famous for? It shameful to watch. A huge change needs to happen before I lose even more hair watching them play.

Half time then, and it's goalless at the Cottage. Fulham hardly look like relegation contenders here, but that could be to do with a disjointed Spurs performance. Chances for both sides, but no goals.

45+1
Great ball in from Walker to find Paulinho, but he wastes the opportunity and snatches at his shot.

45
Lamela robs Berbatov and bursts forward into the Fulham half, but Parker distracts him enough to weaken the subsequent shot.

44
Kacaniklic's cross is blocked, but Kasami is first to it and wins a corner from his effort.

42
Spurs are well on top in the closing stages here, can they capitalise?

39
Spurs starting to dominate a little more now. Capoue comes inside on his left foot and fires one in at goal, but it's far and wide.

33
Lamela races forward and unleashes a deflected effort, brilliant save from Stekelenburg.

32
Kasami now booked for a foul on Dawson.

32
Kasami holds off one challenge with his strength and tries to provide Berbatov with a chance, but the pass is just too long.

28
Kacaniklic looks so good tonight. Another bursting run evades a couple of challenges. Cracking entertainment so far.

26
Great end to end game so far. A Fulham corner finds Dejagah and his deflected header is just over.

25
Absolutely huge chance for Spurs on the break. Defoe races forward and slips in Paulinho. The Brazilian evades two tackles but, from eight yards out, blazes well over.

24
Kasami gets in another cross, this one finds Berbatov via a deflection and the striker flashes a shot at goal. Great save from Lloris.

23
Great work from Kasami to get out wide and deliver the cross, but Sandro gets back excellently to clear for a corner.

21
Scott Parker quickly gets across to prevent Lennon from getting a shot away.

15
Karagounis is next to try his luck, a low effort being palmed away well by Lloris.

14
Capoue is the first into the book for a foul on Kacaniklic, who looks very bright.

13
Kacaniklic jinxes through the Spurs defence excellently and slips in Berbatov, but the Bulgarian's touch just deserts him.

13
Another free-kick threatens to cause a problem in the Spurs backline, but Lloris is equal to it despite Dawson's slight flick-on.

12
The game has settled down a little more after a frantic start. Defoe's chance the only notable effort as yet.

7
Defoe races through for Spurs and stings the palms of Stekelenburg with a low effort.

5
Some nice early possession from Fulham to settle the nerves for Rene Meulensteen and co.

3
Kacaniklic delivers it low and towards the near post, but it's well defended.

2
Early free-kick for Fulham in a decent position after a Chiriches foul.

1
Off we are then, and it looks a cold night in London.

Darren Robinson restores parity however, though still backs a Spurs win: "Very defensive line up from AVB! Lamela struggling, Lennon can't hit a barn door and 3 defensive midfielders. A lot of pressure on JD tonight. Keep the faith. 1-0 Spurs coys!"

An AVB backer emerges! Ali McCreadie (@AliMcCreadie) supports the Spurs boss in his tinkering: "AVB has it right IMO, dembele gets a rest finally we need to rotate through this busy period need the win tonight 3-1 to spurs!"

Christopher Cooper (@cooperthfc) is another predicting a few goals in an away victory: "Got to be 3-1 Spurs. Defoe with 2 and Lamela with the other. Parker with Fulham's, to be ironic

@bongo_palmer is next in, predicting a Spurs win: I think it will be Fulham 0 2 Spurs. Defoe to get both goals. Don't understand why Dembele isn't even on the bench. Injured? COYS

Plenty of criticism on AVB's squad selection again today, with another changed line-up. Jamie Gross weighs in: "A very negative line up against Fulham. When will AVB play Townsend on the left? Too much chopping and changing for my liking!"

Now the teams are out, let's have some more thoughts and predictions. You can let me know via Twitter @MattStead91, or by e-mail at Matthew.Stead@bskyb.com.

SPURS TEAM
For the visitors, Andre Villas-Boas makes three changes from that draw with Manchester United on Sunday, with Capoue, Lamela and Defoe coming in for Dembele, Chadli and Soldado.

FUL TEAM
Despite today's revelations from his agent that he wants out of the club, Fulham striker Dimitar Berbatov takes his place in the starting line-up for the Cottagers today. He doesn't retain the captaincy however, as, in Rene Meulensteen's first game in charge, he allows Scott Parker to keep the armband.

Pete Saxby (@sax11) thinks tonight will be a huge test for the visitors: "Now we see if Spurs have turned it around since the City game. Easy to motivate at home v Utd but Fulham away on a cold night??"

Jack Bell (@JackN17) is eyeing a season turnaround for Spurs, ignited by a huge win tonight: "Tottenham to turn their season around with a big away win. I'm calling 4-0 to the Lillywhites with Holtby getting a goal. #COYS"

FUL TEAM
Starting XI: Stekelenburg; Riether, Hughes, Senderos, Riise; Parker, Karagounis; Dejagah, Kasami, Kacaniklic; Berbatov. Subs: Stockdale, Zverotic, Boateng, Sidwell, Duff, Taarabt, Ruiz.

SPURS TEAM
Starting XI: Lloris; Walker, Chiriches, Dawson, Vertonghen; Capoue, Sandro; Lennon, Paulinho, Lamela; Defoe. Subs: Friedel, Naughton, Chadli, Holtby, Sigurdsson, Townsend, Soldado.

You can let me know via Twitter @MattStead91, or by e-mail at Matthew.Stead@bskyb.com, and I'll publish them right here.

We'll have team news coming up soon, but in the meantime, let us know your thoughts and predictions for today's game. Who do you think will shine for either side? Can Meulensteen launch his managerial career in England with a shock victory? Or will Spurs get back to winning ways?

Both sides are enduring rather tumultuous times ahead of this London derby, as Rene Meulensteen will oversee his first game as Fulham boss after Martin Jol's sacking, while a draw with Manchester United last time out took some pressure off under-fire Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas.
