Arsenal get us underway for the first half...

We're just about ready to get going at the Emirates, enjoy the game.

Josh: It's nice to see Podolski starting once more for the Gunners. This is the kind of game Arsenal should win- prediction: 2-0.

Layla: I'm with Sarah on this one. Gus Poyet has turned Sunderland around and there is an upset on the cards.

Thomas: Going for a scrappy 1-1 draw here, Arsenal's poor form and also without Ozil will cost them and Sunderland have been one of the most dangerous sides in the Prem during the last 5 games! Giroud to take the lead and Johnson to equalise.

Mamun: Arsenal definitely winning this match. Ozil is not playing and I'm not sure if this is the right choice but it might give him a little boost. 3-0 to Arsenal.

Sarah: Mighty sunderland lads to keep up their winning ways. 2-1 sunderland ready for the capital one cup final. Come on!

Luke: I think Sunderland are much better now with Gus Poyet but can't see them winning it, scrappy 2-1 to Arsenal I think.

What do Arsenal fans think of Mesut Ozil being left out of the squad? Good move by Wenger? Or will it come back to bite the Gunners?

Daniel: Think it will be a close game this afternoon, the morale in the arsenal side isn't the best after that Bayern defeat on Wednesday. Sunderland definitely aren't pushovers as they have proven against United in the league cup so it could go either way today. But hoping for an Arsenal win and going to say 2-0 Arsenal and the teams confidence up and get back to winning ways COYG!!!
