FT: Arsenal 2 Napoli 0

Arsenal 2 Napoli 0. All over and the Gunners collect another three points from another impressive win. The momentum is maintained by Wenger's men.

Zapata a willing runner up top for Napoli, but he isn't getting any service. Arsenal win a free-kick as Giroud is barged into. Seconds tick away.

Wilshere combines with Wilshere, who fires the ball across the face of goal. Giroud busting a gut to try and get something on the delivery, but is just about edged out.

Zuniga down the left, but he can't get any height on his cross and it is easily cut out. Arsenal can break through Gibbs. He finds Monreal, who opts against crossing.

Three minutes of stoppage-time to be played.

Ozil operating from the right and helps to find Wilshere. He is all alone as he enters the box and soon becomes crowded out by three defenders. Solid defending again at the other end as Koscielny calmly plays his way out of a tight hole.

Zapata turns the ball off his chest and into the path of Mesto. Arsenal see out the danger. Arteta then felled by Behrami and the two become involved in a heated exchange. Behrami appeared to wave a boot at the Spaniard after the ball had gone.

Giroud too eager to slide a pass forward for Wilshere to chase. He had space to move into and didn't have to go so soon. Arsenal then make their second change, with Ramsey handed a well-earned break. Monreal sent on in his place.

Gibbs with another burst forward. He looks to slide in Wilshere after reaching the edge of the box, but the Arsenal midfielder had already stopped his run and Reina can gather up the loose ball.

Arsenal able to amble forward, before turning and retreating. Napoli not offering enough to trouble them. Time running out and Arsenal on the brink of an impressive win.

Giroud concedes another free-kick. Play being broken up more frequently now. Napoli are able to get Mertens down the left, but a floated cross is easily claimed by Szczesny.

Ozil concedes a free-kick. He helps to prevent Zuniga from taking it quickly. Napoli forced to go long. Good work by Koscielny as he gets his body in front of Zapata and is bundled over. Clever defending.

Final change for Napoli, and it's a defensive one. Albiol is replaced by Fernandez. Like-for-like swap at the heart of the back four. With play back under way, Inler swings a cross in front of Zapata and behind.

Arsenal still able to play their way forward. Gibbs has acres of space on the left. He lets Wilshere take over. He looks to bend a cross into Giroud, but gets too much on the delivery and sees it sail behind.

Napoli's turn to win a couple of quick throws. They can't find Zapata down the middle. Giroud then flicks towards Ozil, but he is beaten to the ball by Albiol. Two former Real Madrid team-mates.

Arsenal looking very comfortable still. They win a throw on their right and take an age taking it. Napoli not happy, but they haven't offered enough to suggest they can get back into this.

Giroud wins a free-kick off Britos this time, with the Napoli defender nudging him in the back. Another free-kick for Ozil. He clips the ball into the box, but only onto the head of Zuniga.

Ozil's delivery looks for Giroud, but he is pulled up for a push on Britos. Great work by Ramsey as he tracks back with Zuniga and helps to win Arsenal a free-kick. More time taken off the clock.

Another change for Napoli before another Arsenal corner. Zapata replaces Callejon. Pushing and shoving again inside the box delays the taking of the set-piece. Arteta and Mesto get a talking to.

Ozil in no rush to take the set-piece. He laps up the applause before taking. He looks for Mertesacker, but the ball is sent back his way. A second delivery breaks for Koscielny who sees an effort from close range blocked by Reina. Great reactions.

Giroud collects on his chest, but Arsenal squander possession. Insigne breezes past Mertesacker but has a shot blocked by Koscielny. Arsenal then spring out. Wilshere involved, and his cross is turned over by Britos. Corner to the Gunners.

Napoli force a corner. Mertens over it. He curls the ball to the front post, but his delivery is terrible and barely leaves the ground. Benitez not impressed.

Nice football from Arsenal, but it is all in front of Napoli. The Gunners go backwards before Gibbs feeds the ball down the left for Ramsey to chase. He is never going to get to the pass before Reina.

Another effort from distance, this time from Mertens, sees Szczesny actually have to make a save. He takes one step right before catching with ease. Gibbs looks to get the Gunners going again.

Giroud trips Inler on halfway. Napoli in a hurry to get the game going again. Arsenal pull everyone back. Giroud doing his part by chasing from the front.

Ramsey collects inside the box, but feeds wide to Giroud. His cross is fractionally too high for Giroud at the near post. Arsenal remain on the front foot, but then go all the way back. Callejon almost chases down a back-pass from Koscielny.

Flamini cuts out one pass, and then another while lying on his back. Napoli remain in possession, but Inler lashes a very ambitious effort from 30 yards out high into the stands. All long range stuff from the visitors.

Mertens has now moved out to left, but hasn't had a kick as yet. He sees Zuniga burst past him again and send the ball into the box. Gibbs in the right place for Arsenal to hack clear. Ozil leads a counter, but crosses onto the head of Albiol.

Insigne well shackled as he comes looking for the ball. Napoli go left to Zuniga. He finds Hamsik inside the box, before the ball is returned to him. He slices an effort from 18 yards out horribly off target.

Napoli given the ball back, but have to go back into their own half. Giroud is okay to continue. Arsenal don't have a lot of striking options so can't afford for him to pick up a knock.

Ramsey tripped by Behrami in midfield. Arsenal play the free-kick short, and then backwards. Szczesny allowed as much time as he wants to hammer down field. All a bit scrappy and then play is stopped as Giroud requires treatment. He clashed heads with Behrami.

Corner eventually taken after plenty of pushing and showing. Mertesacker rises to meet Ozil's delivery, but can't make clean contact with a header and loops the ball into the hands of Reina.

Another change on the way, this time for the hosts. Rosicky, who has been bright, is replaced by Wilshere. Not a bad option to have on the bench!

Flamini back to Koscielny. Arsenal slow things down. They are in no rush to get the ball forward. Gibbs offers an outlet again down the left, before Giroud runs off Albiol and wins a corner.

First change arrives, with Pandev making way for Mertens. He has moved over to the right, with Callejon now operating down the middle.

Napoli's passing game isn't crisp enough. Arsenal haven't had to get out of first gear since the break. Arteta loses out in midfield on this occasion, with Pandev finding Insigne. He works the ball onto his right foot and bends past the post from 20 yards out.

Sagna takes a bit of a chance down by his own corner flag, but does well to work a yard and hack down field. His clearance flicks behind for an Arsenal throw. They can't keep the ball and Behrami wins a throw for the visitors.

Britos pulled up for a foul midway inside the Napoli half. Big men trot forward for Arsenal. Ozil whips the ball into the box. Giroud climbs but can't quite get a touch and Reina can gather as the ball bounces his way.

Insigne delivers. Szczesny makes the decision early to come and claim, and does well to come through the crowd and pluck the ball out of the air. He also wins himself a free-kick.

Napoli playing in front of Arsenal, with 10 red shirts behind the ball. Callejob does well to work a yard on the right and whip over a dangerous ross which Mertesacker has to turn over the top.

Slight lull in proceedings as the ball gets stuck in midfield. Arsenal happy enough to go sideways. Gibbs tries to inject something down the left, but concedes a free-kick.

Benitez rooted to his seat. Expect him to make changes sooner rather than later in an effort to find a route back into the game. Napoli attacking now, but Insigne and Callejon get their wires crossed and Ozil is then tugged back by Mesto.

Arteta is back with us. Napoli happy to keep the ball for a bit and conserve energy. When they do look to make inroads they go right to Mesto. He sees a cross blocked by Rosicky. The ball drops to Callejon on the edge of the box, and he hacks horribly into the stands.

Arsenal down to 10 at the moment and Napoli have possession. They move the ball well to Insigne on their left, but he has to cut across the field. Inler eventually takes aim from 25 yards out, as the ball sits up in front of him, but he fires high over the top.

Ozil over a free-kick midway inside the Napoli half. Arteta off the field receiving treatment on a head wound. Pandev ready to return. Delivery into the box is easily dealt with by Behrami.

Giroud almost slips a clever pass into the path of Ramsey, who darts into the box. As Napoli look to clear, Pandev and Arteta and collide, with the Napoli man jumping into the Arsenal skipper. Both men hit the deck and stay down.

Rosicky and Ramsey exchange passes, before looking inside to Arteta. No holes in the Napoli rearguard on this occasion, so the Gunners go back to halfway and start again. Sagna has acres of space again wide on the right.

Sagna picked up by Szczesny this time, and he keeps the ball in play. Arsenal slip seamlessly back into their passing game, that is until Flamini slips. He tracks back with Callejon, who goes down on the edge of the box but is waved back to his feet.

Sagna unable to glance down the right for Ozil. Arsenal prepared to go long when the opportunity arises. They have to mix things up and keep Napoli guessing.

Napoli have to start strongly if they are to get back into this. Their first spell on the ball doesn't bode well, with Inler sending a pass intended for Insigne straight out of play. Giroud is able to scamper clear and is inches away from picking out Rosicky six yards out.

Napoli get the second half under way. Ramsey still out there for Arsenal with no changes at the interval.

Players back out for the second half.

Gideon Mensah says: "I think Arsenal are going to win 3 or 4 -0 Ramsey and Ozil to score."

Ishmail Salad says: "I feel this new look Arsenal side are on the up. The addition of Ozil seems to have worked wonders and provided a big big lift for the entire team. We seem to be more ruthless and solid now as a a unit. I am hoping for a high score game with us winning 4-0 tonight. Giroud to grab another and ramsey to grab one."

Remember you can also bet in-play at Skybet.com. Arsenal are now 1/20 to take the spoils, with Napoli 28/1 and the draw 10/1. You can get 9/1 on the Gunners to win 4-0.

Arsenal 2 Napoli 0. No stoppage-time and the Gunners head into the interval with a commanding lead.

Arsenal happy to lay their way to half-time. They are helped out as Inler drags Ozil to the turf. Wenger out again on the sidelines. He won't have too much to do at the interval.

Ramsey now down and in no rush to get back up. He appears to be grabbing at his thigh. He gets back to his feet and will try to run it off. Arsenal win a free-kick off Behrami just inside the Napoli half. Arteta takes it short.

Gibbs well forward and looking for an option. Giroud offers one and he is tripped by Callejon. Ramsey not moving too well at the moment and Wilshere has been sent out to warm up. Would be a blow to lose a man in such fine form.

Another smart turn from Ozil allows him to find Ramsey on the edge of the box. Four defenders converge on him to block his route to goal. Napoli rocking again. They are pegged inside their own half as Rosicky crosses, but somehow get away with another bout of pinball inside their penalty area.

Koscielny happy to fire long this time, with Napoli pushing men forward. Behrami gathers inside the centre-circle. Hamsik found again, but wide on the right wing and he can do nothing from there.

Hamsik tries to maze his way into the box past three red shirts. He ends up loosing control and bundling behind. He is the man who can make things happen for Napoli and they need to get him on the ball in those areas more often. At the other end, An Ozil cross is just too high for Giroud and Flamini scuffs at Reina.

Attempted flick from Giroud doesn't come off and Arteta has to fell Inler in halfway. Wenger off his feet. He can't have too many complaints so far. He might want his side to raise the tempo again as they have taken their foot off the gas a little.

Napoli can't get the ball again. Arsenal happy to go backwards and play along their back four. Suddenly they spring into life and Arteta wins a throw on halfway. The process then repeats itself.

Rosicky not on the same wavelength as Ozil, but Arsenal win the ball back before it enters their half. Very patient from the hosts as they move from right to left and back again.

Keep-ball again from Arsenal, with Napoli chasing shadows. They have no need to force the issue and can use this tactic to wear the opposition down.

Mesto jinks pas Ramsey, but not Gibbs. He leads the charge back up to halfway, where a loose touch from Rosicky gives possession back to the visitors. A Mesto cross isn't cleared, but Insigne sees a half-blocked shot easily kept out by Szczesny.

Another foul by Rosicky prevents Napoli from countering at pace. Clever free-kick to concede - allows Arsenal to get men back into position.

Ozil now racing down the right wing. Zuniga has to go with him and can only toe behind for a corner. Ozil takes the set-piece himself. His delivery is punched away by Reina.

Fabulous turn by Ramsey as he skips away from Inler. He combines with Ozil, but is crowded out on the edge of the box. The ball ends up being bundled through to Reina. It is soon coming back at him, but Giroud sees a low cross cut out.

Arsenal playing from the back still. Napoli finally aware of the need to press inside the Gunners half. That does leave gaps at the back though and Ramsey can win a throw deep in Napoli territory. Good covering from Behrami as he stabs clear in front of Ozil.

Insigne floats the ball onto the head of Albiol. He nods across the box, but Behrami can't touch it on again. Arsenal can clear their lines as Mesto concedes a needless free-kick.

Insigne having to drop very deep to get on the ball - not what Napoli want to see. They care, however, able to win yet another free-kick as Zuniga has his shirt tugged. Opportunity to load the box.

Sloppy pass from Arteta can't be gathered by Sagna. Rare blip on an otherwise impressive Arsenal copy book. Flamini fortunate not to add another as he crunches into Callejon. No card given.

Plenty of willing takers. Insigne forced to step aside by more senior team-mates. Callejon wins the argument. He gets the ball up and over the wall, but it is never coming back down and Szczesny can watch it sails harmlessly over the top.

Flamini square to Arteta, who lays off to Ozil. He claims a handball agains Behrami 35 yards out, but gets nothing. Inler is then bundled off the ball by Rosicky - yes, Rosicky. Gibbs not so lucky as he shoves Insigne to the turf 30 yards out.

Ramsey with a solid challenge and Arsenal are flowing once more. Sagna is picked out on the right and delivers long for Ramsey. He cuts onto his right foot, but sees a shot blocked by Albiol. Sagna tries again, but Reina is there for Napoli.

Zuniga has to go backwards and Napoli play along their back four. Arsenal still working hard to press before the ball reaches halfway and force mistakes from their opponents.

Insigne on the ball again - Napoli obviously think he can cause Gibbs problems. No way through on this occasion. Instead, Albiol ends up getting caught on the ball and Ramsey steals in. He is halted by Mesto just as he was about to drift past the last man.

Insigne has now stayed out on the right. He stands up Gibbs on this occasion and sees a cross deflected behind. Insigne takes himself and picks out the head of an unmarked Britos 10 yards out. He rises well, but loops a header over the crossbar.

Hamsik with a misplaced and over-hit pass which Mesto has to chase back into his own half. Napoli right back where they started, with Albiol looking to lead them out from defence.

Giroud gives away a free-kick as he tries to nick the ball off Hamsik. Napoli starting to show signs of life now, but Hamsik can't gather his own flick into the Arsenal box. They try again with Zuniga down the left, but Sagna watches his every move.

First sight of goal for Napoli, but they waste it. Arsenal sit off Insigne as he carries the ball forward and allow him to reach 25 yards from goal. He looks to pull the trigger, but lashes high into the stands. Callejon then gets a talking to for diving into a challenge on Arteta.

Ozil and Ramsey popping up all over the place - dropping deep to take the ball off the defence, before racing down field to make telling contributions in the final third. Great to watch.

Reina forced to race off his line and hammer clear. Solid from Mertesacker as he stoops to glance the ball back to Szczesny. So comfortable at the moment for Arsenal. Surely Napoli will step it up at some stage?

Emirates support in full voice now. They couldn't have hoped for much more - two goals inside 15 minutes, one for the new boy and one for a striker who needs to keep himself on the scoresheet. Benitez, as he you might imagine, doesn't look impressed.

GOAL ARSENAL - GIROUD. The Gunners double their lead, and Ozil is involved again. From a Napoli throw, he is somehow allowed to race to the by-line. From there he centres for Giroud to bundle home from six yards out. Could be game over already!

Inler has to look long again. He only has Pandev to aim at, who isn't the biggest, and the ball skips through to Szczesny. Napoli already looking short on ideas. They don't know what's hit them!

Arsenal first to everything at the moment. Napoli can't get the ball. All of the football being played by the hosts. Sagna breaking forward again and combining with Ramsey. He is able to force over across, but neither Giroud nor Gibbs can make anything of it.

Ramsey on the ball again. He wants it all the time. No joy on this occasion as Zuniga plays the ball off him and out of play. Napoli unable to piece together an attack, with Hamsik outnumbered in midfield.

Ozil beckoning colleagues to move up the field as Napoli win a throw inside their own half. They can't get anything going and the ball ends up back with Mertesacker. Work for Benitez to do.

Napoli showing no sign of panic, they are looking to play their way out of trouble. Arsenal, full of confidence, are pressing as high as possible. They force a long ball forward which Hamsik can't chase down.

The perfect start. This game was always going to have plenty going for it, but an early goal should open things up even more. Great finish by Ozil and Arsenal are pressing again, with Flamini drilling a low drive from 20 yards out into the hands of Reina.

GOAL ARSENAL - OZIL. The big-money man grabs his first goal for the club. Great football by Arsenal as Ramsey is sent scampering down the right. He gets his head up and cuts back to the edge of the box for Ozil to steer home a brilliant half-volley.

Hamsik touches into the feet of Pandev. He has Callejon bursting past him down the right, but he makes his move too early and the flag goes up as he is freed in behind Gibbs. Arsenal edge their way forward once more.

Reina shows good hands again as he comes and plucks the set-piece out of the air. As Napoli look to press, Callejon is felled and they are halted in their tracks. First chance for the visitors to get a foot on the ball.

Sagna down the right for Ozil. He twists and turns, but has to go backwards. Patient build-up from the hosts. Ramsey brought into play and neat one-touch stuff allows Rosicky to dart for the by-line and force another corner.

Wenger looks calm and relaxed on the sidelines - so he might given how things have gone for Arsenal of late. On the field, Pandev nudges Arteta in the back as they fight for a high ball. Free-kick to the Gunners in the middle of the park.

Arsenal look left this time, with Rosicky drifting inside. The ball is worked out to Sagna on the right and he looks to cross early. The ball cannons off Insigne and behind for a corner. Ozil's set-piece is punched clear by Reina.

Sagna wins a throw off Insigne. No route down the right flank. Mertesacker involved again, and he goes all the way back to Szczesny. Arsenal play their way out from the back.

Arsenal, as expected, looking to knock the ball around early on - get a feel for the occasion. Koscielny and Mertesacker see plenty of possession, Napoli prepared to sit off.

Arsenal get us up and running.

Warm handshake between Wenger and Benitez as we get ready for the off.

Players out onto the field. Champions League anthem rings out around the Emirates. Surely with the attacking players on show tonight - even without Higuain - we are going to get plenty of goals. Here's hoping!

The teams are in the tunnel so we will have to leave the feedback there for now. There will be further opportunities to have your say at half-time and at the final whistle.

Lawrence Charamba sees the Gunners keeping a clean sheet. He says: "What a cracking game it will be! Arsenal have the psychological edge and I predict a 2-0 victory. Ozil and Giroud on target!"

Liam Spicer thinks Wenger's men will be celebrating again tonight. He says: "I like the way Arsenal have set up. Very forward thinking with Ozil and Rosicky playing. 3-1 with Ozil, Giroud and Arteta."

Worth pointing out that Napoli sit second in Serie A at present and have won five and drawn one of their opening six fixtures. Arsenal, though, are unbeaten in nine - winning eight of those games inside 90 minutes.

Daniel Dunham is in confident mood. He says: "I predict a 3-0 win from the Gunners, Giroud will end his goal scoring drought with an opener followed by goals from Ramsey and Ozil. Should be a great game to watch especially at the Emirates, come on Arsenal !!!"

A little over 20 minutes until kick-off at the Emirates. This has all the makings of a top continental contest. Will it deliver? Keep your thoughts coming in to Chris.Burton@bskyb.com or @SkySportsChrisB.

Joe Harbert is another going for a home win. He says: "A win would put us nearly through so should be an interesting game. Going for a 3-1 win with Ozil getting his first goal!"

For the record, tonight's referee is Milorad Mazic from Serbia.

Dominic Thomas thinks the Gunners can edge their way to another win. He says: "Think it will be a close game, but with Arsenal's fine run of form think they will just get the win. 2-1 Arsenal! With Giroud and Ramsey!"

Carl Fletcher thinks we will get plenty of goals tonight. He says: "Reckon this could be a high scoring draw, 2-2 perhaps. Hoping for a 2-1 victory however. Avoiding defeat is a must! #COYG"

Victory tonight could go a long way towards qualification for the knockout stage, with a fiercely-competitive group expected to produce a number of twists and turns.

Both sides opened their Group E campaign with a victory, with Arsenal seeing off Marseille and Napoli stunning Borussia Dortmund.
