We will have two minutes of added time.

CHANCE! Walcott popped up in that central position I mentioned earlier but he drags his shot wide from the edge of the area.

CHANCE! Walcott has looked threatening. He's drifting inside more now in order to receive the ball. Then from his usual wide position he whips in a ball and when it breaks to Cazorla he fires over the bar.

Arsenal have certainly taken their foot off the pedal. Cazorla reminds the crowd of his talent as he skips past 2 or 3 Marseille players just outside then Arsenal box.

Cheyrou has also come on for Lemina

Ozil off Arteta on.

Thauvin with a header after a cross from the left but he isn't big enough to direct it towards goal.

Gignac, probably one of Marseille's more impressive players on the night, looks for a teammate in the box but Arsenal clear.

No more than Arsenal deserve. Time for Walcott?

GOAL! Wilshere taps home his second after an excellent move involving Ramsey and Ozil. 2-0.

Giroud nearly has an opening at the other end after good head control but Marseille survive.

Marseille certainly look more threatening after the introduction of Valbuena and Thauvin.

Abdallah sends Thauvin away down the right and there appears to be more urgency about Marseille's play.

Rosicky then has a half chance but his shot is blocked.

Rosicky and Monreal try to create space down the left but it's easy for Marseille.

Valbuena and Thauvin on. Ayew and Imbula off.

CHANCE! Ozil through in the inside right position after a brilliant ball from Wilshere but Mandanda does really well to block.

Koscielny steps in to win the ball back for Arsenal. Moments later Giroud has a try but it deflects off Abdallah and goes wide.

Arsenal just struggling to find that killer pass in the Marseille final third at the moment. Monreal the latest.

Giroud with a lovely stabbed ball into the path of Ozil down the right and then Sagna gets it all wrong and slices it out of play.

Marseille start the second half.

The referee blows for the break and Arsenal lead 1-0 at the break thanks to Jack Wilshere.

We will have one minute of time added on at the end of the half.

Good work by Khelifa that time. He tracked Sagna well. It looked for a moment like the defender may have been able to get a shot away at goal.

A bit more precision and composure in the final third and Arsenal could/should be out of sight.

Ramsey hits the free-kick but it's straight at the wall and Marseille clear. The wall did well.

Arsenal free-kick right on the edge of the box. Can they grab a deserved second?

For Morel on Ozil.

MISSED PENALTY! Ozil side foots the ball towards the corner but Mandanda palms away. Excellent work by Ramsey in the build up.

PENALTY! Lovely skill by Ramsey who flicks it past the defender.

Koscielny attempts a long pass to Wilshere but that goes straight out of play.

Lemina strides forward with the ball but Sagna is equal to it and then neat play by Ramsey to maintain possession.

OFFSIDE! Ramsey with a ball round the corner to Giroud but the flag was up.

OFFSIDE! Giroud can't get on the end of Ozil's free-kick. It did look like Lucas Mendes was pulling his shirt.

The referee is now receiving some treatment on his back. He looks to be OK.

CHANCE! Gignac receives the ball in the area but Szczesny is out quickly to smother. Warning for Arsenal.

Arsenal still have the ball. They appear happy to go backwards as much as forwards. Sagna then breaks down the right but he can't quite pick out Wilshere.

Loud cheers for Mandanda the Marseille 'keeper when the ball is rolled back to him.

Flamini will see plenty of the ball tonight occupying that position just in front of the Arsenal defence.

Gignac attempts a run forward but Flamini is there to intercept.

Arsenal allowed so much time on the ball. Giroud holds the ball up and wins his side a throw.

Sagna crosses but Lucas Mendes concedes the corner.

Arsenal knocking the ball around at walking pace at times. Mertesacker and Koscielny getting involved when they can.

Ozil and Wilshere interchanging. Ozil has a go down the right but Marseille win the ball back.

CHANCE! Excellent play from Arsenal again. Wilshere squares to Ramsey and Mandanda keeps it out. Should have been Arsenal's second.

Could be a long night for Gignac if he's chasing the ball all night up front for Marseille. Ramsey then has a go but it's wide.

Monreal forces a corner down the left and Arsenal look to build again.

That doesn't last long as N'Koulou gives the ball away. The away supporters are far quieter than they were 5 minutes ago.
