Seb Hines: Hopeful of win against Sheffield Wednesday

Boro head into Friday night's home clash with Sheffield Wednesday sitting in second place in the table, just a point behind leaders Crystal Palace.

They could leapfrog the Eagles, for a day at least, if they return to winning ways against the Owls after being denied a seventh successive victory at Nottingham Forest on Tuesday evening.

Hines told the club's official website: "We always knew it would be possible for us to be at the top.

"It's taken us a while to get into our form but recently we have been getting positive results in every game.

"Friday's game against Sheffield Wednesday is going to be another tough one for us but it's one we feel we can go and win.
