The 21-year-old left-footed midfielder has been capped at Under-21 level by Scotland but has yet to start a league game for Boro's first team.

He has made a handful of substitute appearances for the Teessiders, though, and scored on his only start against Gillingham in the Capital One Cup last year.

Park, who also spent time on loan with Barnsley, gives Alex boss Steve Davis another attacking option with the likes of Ajay Leitch-Smith and Ryan Colclough currently occupying the sidelines through injury.
