The Lions were beaten 1-0 by Brighton on Saturday thanks to a controversial penalty and remain just one point above the relegation zone following seven matches without a win.

But goalkeeper Forde is confident it is only a matter of time before results start to improve.

"We have to keep doing the right things and I thought we were the better side again," he said.

"It's hard when teams come here, score and then sit back in. We struggled to break them down.

"Earlier on in the season we probably would have had a collapse and got beaten by two, three or four. We're slowly getting to a zero and if we can get a clean sheet then that would be huge.

"Teams at Millwall in the past would have created a lot of chances with a lot of corners and set-pieces, but wouldn't have had a lot of possession.

"But now we seem to be dominating games and that's certainly changed. We're getting there."

ah, Fergie is just having another pop at Rooney. He just wants to put him down whenever he gets a chance. Rooney is by far the best English player. Carrick is not far behind, mind. However, by elevating Carrick like that, Sir is having a dig at Wayne. Fergie is well-known for mind games like that. Good to see he's still feisty.
