Motherwell open at Hibs

Motherwell, who finished second last season, will start the new Scottish Premier League season with an away match against Hibernian at Easter Road on August 4.

The first home game takes place seven days later when Motherwell welcome Aberdeen to Fir Park.

Stuart McCall's side take on SPL champions Celtic at Celtic Park on October 5 and will face the Hoops at home on December 7.

Motherwell face a tricky period over Christmas when they travel to Aberdeen on Boxing Day and Partick on December 29, before hosting St Johnstone at home on New Year's Day.

e'll be fine, no problem. If they do get relegated, he's definitely going to ask how anyone could ever have thought that Villa were going to be fine given their problems before he came.
