Miles Kane is the half of the The Last Shadow Puppets that's not Alex Turner and his debut solo album is out soon. He's a Liverpool fan but he wants Cristiano Ronaldo at the club. Over Dirk Kuyt? Really Miles?

Are Liverpool in the blood? Is it something passed down from generations of Kanes?
It's my home town and so it's definitely in my blood! My mother's not

a huge football fan, but if she had to choose it would be Liverpool, for sure. And all of my best mates are supporters.

Can you remember your first visit to Anfield?
The first time I went to Anfield was when I was a kid. I can't remember what the game was though. The

game that sticks in my mind is Boxing Day a few years ago. Liverpool were playing Spurs. My mate and I had front row seats and Robbie Keane scored early in the second

half and celebrated the goal literally right in front of us. We were buzzing.

Favourite ever Liverpool player? You're 25 so we're guessing Robbie Fowler....
He's a legend of course. It's a crazy one but I love Peter Crouch I predicted

his future.

Two words to describe Fernando Torres please.
Fifty million.

If you could buy any player for Liverpool this summer, who would it be?
Cristiano Ronaldo.

Would you dare slag off Man City to the Gallaghers?
There's no need to!

Are you any good at football yourself? Ever consider those Soccer Six extravangas? If so, who would you pick on your team from your rock buddies?
I'm

not bad you know. I had trials for Tranmere as a kid and over the last couple of years I have got right back into playing in Liverpool. I'd have Serge from Kasabian on my

team! Ka, Ka, Boooom.

Is the Colour of the Trap red? If not, what colour?
I'll keep you guessing that one...

Miles Kane releases his debut solo album, 'Colour of the Trap', on May 9th on Columbia Records.
