Not sure what all the fuss is about. Over the two legs, the best team won. The sending off may not have been given, certainly would not have been if it had been a Premier League ref, but Man Utd aren't really the big bully of Europe, so these things really do even themselves out in these kind of games. But they were not the better team over the two legs and had resorted to trying to nick a result. danielrhyd - knock yourself out, that behaviour from most Man Utd supporters is taken for granted in any case, win, lose or draw, so your tantrum is all the sweeter, really.

The game is finished now, we lost end of. I just want to make sure from here on in that I am around to comment and laugh at every other clubs failings. Liverpool fans taking the mickey isbrilliant, sweet irony. Can't wait until the summer when captain bucky o hare leaves and they sign a bag of crisps for £30million to replace him.

These sort of decisions are a part of the game, Sometimes they go your way sometimes they don't, I hope United moves on, On the other hand Real Madrid, in an incredible series of results, beaten Barcelona (twice?) and now getting their result away at a very difficult place, completely looks like rewarding Jose his 3rd Champions league.....
