Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand will not face action over a tussle with Chelsea's Fernando Torres in Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final.
m curious as to what image Real Madrid are trying to re-establish as I always thought their pre-Jose image was one of a bunch of a classless bullies tapping up whoever they wanted while living it large on borrowed money they're never going to pay back.
t the start of the season, after the RVP transfer, I confidently claimed that Arsenal would finish above United. I now regret it immensely.
aniel Storey generally did very well, going against the City won it last year so they're bound to win it this time grain. As for John Nicholson, I wouldn't trust him to predict correctly what day of the week it will be tomorrow.

We thought we would have to resort to another mailbox about maths but we've had some grand opinions about Man United, Newcastle, Tottenham and more. Oh and maths...
We have one Chelsea fan who recognises the job done by Rafa Benitez while there's maths from Liverpool, Newcastle and Manchester. And Shawcross to Arsenal? Nah...

"Doesn't surprise me at all since FA stands for Ferguson Association....correct me if i'm wrong". - Happy to. You're wrong. It Stands for Football Association. A quick Google check will confirm this for you. Glad to be of service. If you need any help understanding any other acronyms, just ask.........

@redneverfade....your wrong.....not sure why Fergie would need to get involved when the rules are perfectly clear. It wasnt a red card offence, so therefore no further action is taken. If it is the 'Fergie Association' then that lying little coward you lot worship would have been sacked like he should have been! No bigger insult to football than Suarez and Terry still being allowed to play....yet here you all are crying about a little push that Torres made a meal of! Nice to see you all have your priorities straight!

@redsneverfade - you're wrong. And it seems not to matter how much proof there is against your claims - you will keep saying it anyway. Look at evidence that doesn't support your claim of bias, as well as evidence that does, and you will see that on balance you're talking out of your ar*e.

It must be noted that the fans sticking their beak in here are, united fans aside, Pool and Chelsea fans.....can anyone think why they could possibly have an agenda against united and Rio? Other fans don't seem to have such an issue with a nothing challenge.

It's no coincidence that the only fans that think this is an issue are Chelsea and Pool fans......I think we all know why they have an axe to grind against Rio and United. Funny thing is.....last week they were telling us that things don't always go your way and to get over it......this week they are crying about something that didn't go their way, you couldn't make them up! I'm sure they'll be up in arms about the two high footed tackles that weren't red carded last night! We all know how intetested they are in fairness dont we? Nothing to do with a bitter obsession of course.

@chelseablue - get over it. He deserved punishment. Bad decision and inconsistent - but that could be the FA's motto. Precedents are irrelevant and we already know it - every case is judged (badly) on its merits. Big Sam questioned the ref's partiality in January and escaped scott-free (a week after Fergie's fine for doing less). It's just what we have to deal with, as fans of a game run by morons. Not much point acting like you're in shock.

I'm just waiting for the weekends games to watch all the defenders go kick and shove the oppositions striker in off the ball incidents and use the FA as a precident when the refs go and have a word with them.
