Junior Hoilett: Has endured a frustrating campaign at Queens Park Rangers

The 22-year-old was hot property last summer, and QPR were credited with pulling off quite a coup in taking him to Loftus Road once his contract at Blackburn Rovers expired.

Hoilett has, however, struggled for games and consistency during his time in the capital and has now suffered relegation out of the top flight in successive seasons.

There is expected to be a mass exodus of top talent at QPR once the transfer window opens this summer, and Hoilett is likely to be among those heading for the exits.

He came close to linking up with West Bromwich Albion in January, as part of a deal intended to take Peter Odemwingie south, but he is reluctant to discuss the collapse of that agreement or an imminent move elsewhere while QPR still have fixtures to fulfil.

"I know what it sounds like, but I don't want to talk about it or anything to do with it," Hoilett told the Fulham Chronicle.

"Of course I want to stay in the top flight - every player does, but that's for the future after the last few games.

"It's been a tough time, there's no doubt. But all I can do is learn from the situation and come back stronger.

"Yeah, I would agree my form has dipped, but that's not entirely surprising given the circumstances - but you can't look back."
