@londongooner - what a foolish little boy you are. Firstly I suggest you go to support Stoke as you are obviously happy with that also-ran mentality. As for "fair weather supporter" - if that means having a season ticket since 1986, then I am a "fair weather supporter". I have forgotten more about Arsenal than you can ever know mate. Its middle-class, chin-less yobs like you that the club string for no return other than the pleasure of a £12.50 fish and chip meal at half time. As I said before please leave and take the Yank, the Frenchman and that idiot Gazidis with you.

@bettyswollocks, last time I checked the only competition you were in was the Europa league. You aren't even in the race for 4th! And the only trophy you have won in the last 7 years was the Carling cup. Against Cardiff. On penalties! As football fans, I appreciate a little bit of "Schadenfreude" here or there, but really, glass houses comes to mind. The bit about transition made me chuckle though; take it from an arsenal fan, transition doesn't mean anything in football, either your team can challenge for top honours or it can't. Simple.

as a liverpool fan i usually have a soft spot for arsenal. even though wenger is a great manager, he has made mistakes over recent years. of course i don't know whether the real problem lies at the board level or the manager but i think the manager is too stubborn to change things and sometimes even standing against the board for the better of the club. if they kept at least half of those players that are shipped out in recent years, by now they are challenging for the pl title. but alas, that didn't meant to be thanks to their "pure" policy. good luck to them for the rest of the season

Would the last remaining idiot still backing Wenger turn the lights out at Emirates please? When you have left and taken him and the board with you, only then can we begin to rebuild the club from the top down. Right now it stinks of defeat.

TBH why complain wenger aint the issue it is the board and as long as the yank and his croonies are in power we will be dire but will always make a profit and that my fellow gooners is all silent stan thinks about his fat wad of cash. He could own any prem club and the outcome would be the same poor displays, average players but a wad of cash he makes sigh a depressed gooner since 65

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.
