Berating your players in the media can be detrimental to their confidence. It's like putting up all your dirty laundry for the public to see. It' s embarrassing Mr. Mancini. Some things are best kept behind closed doors.... If the players are underperforming then look to yourself and how you have been unable to motivate and draw the best out of them. Do your job!
