Stevan Jovetic: Thought to be a long-term target of City

Jovetic has long been linked with a move to the Etihad Stadium and claimed last summer he turned down a chance to the join the club.

The hitman has scored 11 goals in 23 appearances for the Viola so far this season.

Berardi, meanwhile, has netted seven in the Serie B this term and the 19-year-old is reportedly attracting attention from several top clubs.

City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Southampton are all thought to be on the trail of the Italian teenager.

Gregucci claims both Jovetic and Berardi are on City's radar amid reports Roberto Mancini could bolster his frontline in the summer.

He told Radio Toscana: "It seems clear to me that not only the City but many clubs like Jovetic, because he is one of the most talented players on the European scene.

"Berardi? He has good qualities. He's young, we must see how he will grow.

"City is always attentive to young world talents and he is among them."
