Tom Ince: Cardiff are understood to have had an £8m bid accepted

The winger was on Tuesday understood to be having a medical with Premier League new-boys Cardiff after a reported transfer fee of £8million was agreed.

But Blackpool boss Paul says his son is still considering his options after returning from his summer break.

Ince senior said in the Blackpool Gazette: "Thomas knows he will play in the Premier League one day but there is no rush.

"He has said he is happy at Blackpool and really enjoys his football.

"He enjoys the people he plays with here and the way the fans allow him to express himself.

"Thomas only came back from holiday last week, so he has not had much time to think about the offer from Cardiff.

"If this move appeals to him, then we will talk about it and speak to everyone but he is comfortable at Blackpool."

ah, Fergie is just having another pop at Rooney. He just wants to put him down whenever he gets a chance. Rooney is by far the best English player. Carrick is not far behind, mind. However, by elevating Carrick like that, Sir is having a dig at Wayne. Fergie is well-known for mind games like that. Good to see he's still feisty.
