The agent said 'He never stays at a club for more than 2 seasons... he is already in his 3rd season at Dortmund... read between the lines'. Has it not crossed anybody's mind that this could mean he is staying at Dortmund? He could be saying... he never does this sort of a thing... but he likes Dortmund and he is already there for more than 2 seasons... so he will continue, no?

deepster - Great shout. A lot of people don't realise that Lewandowski can actually play anywhere across the front although he's best as centre-forward. The fact Van Persie and Rooney can do this too means the three of them could act as a front three and continually interchange.

welbeck out Lewandowski in. Actually we can loan welbeck to a amaller club for him to get regular first team option. End of story.

Oooh, big player, big move. Rumours were that Bayern had an agreement with him. Would love to see him over here, he appears to be a "proper" striker with all the attributes required to both score and add to a teams overall play. Due to timing and the Torres obsession at Chelsea, I can only really see Spurs coming in for him from England. And given the choice between Spurs and Bayern? Maybe next time.

Probably means he's going to Munich. Fergie won't sign a young player who expects to leave in 2 years again.

s there a PR agency covering Begovich, Odemwingie, Steven Fletcher and Grant Holt or something? Why would you offer a quote like that without having been announced by either club. #headsshoulderskneesandtoesgone

adly this is inevitable. No club outside the top 4/5 can hang on to anyone who shows that kind of talent anymore. Might be best for them to get as much as they can now while his stock is high and start again. On the plus side lads, Grant Holt is still available.
