The club and player recently denied reports that a deal had been agreed with Chelsea for the sale of the player after reports suggesting that a move was imminent, and the teenager's agent has confirmed such a stance.
"Markovic has a contract with Partizan until 2016," Fali Ramadani told calciomercato.it.
"Away in January? I can assure you that he will not leave in the next transfer windows. Then we'll see.
"Inter Milan interested? Until now no Italian club have contacted me, so I have not talked to any Inter official."
Markovic is already regarded as one of European football's brightest talents, and at just 18 already has six full international caps, scoring in a friendly against Chile last month.
