Thanks for all your contributions tonight in what was a massive win for Chelsea as City see their home record come to an end.What a big win for Chelsea and Jose Mourinho again gets the better of Manuel Pellegrini and it was a deserved three points for the visitors.FULL-TIME: Chelsea end Manchester City's perfect record at the Etihad as Branislav Ivanovic's first half goal earns Chelsea all three points to pull level on points with Manuel Pellegrini's side.City have a chance as Toure picks out Nastasic inside the box, but he gets his attempted volley all wrong the chance goes begging.Chelsea make their final change as Demba Ba comes on for Hazard.Jovetic lets fly with a fierce effort which Cech does well to tip over the crossbar.Willian gets booked for time-wasting as he takes his time in leaving the pitch.Chelsea make another change as Mikel comes on for Willian.More great defending from Cahill as he heads behind for another corner.There will be three minutes of added time at the end of the 90 minutes.City are running out of ideas with Chelsea continuing to defend well.Nastasic is booked for the offence and he could count himself lucky not to be sent off.Oscar is caught by Nastasic on the halfway line as Chelsea look to catch City on the break.The corner count is building up as Navas wins another for the home side. Kompany gets on the end of it before Ramires clears it.Chelsea defend the corner well and clear their lines once again.City win a corner when Chelsea feel they should have had a free-kick for Kolarov's foul on Willian.More good play from Hazard as he wins a corner for Chelsea.Chelsea make their first change of the game as Oscar comes on for Eto'o.Wasteful from Zabaleta as his cross goes behind for a goalkick after being set-up by Navas.Toure's pass is deflected behind for a corner and City work it short, but Navas's cross is deflected into the hands of Cech.The ball breaks to Luiz on the edge of the box, but he slices his effort well wide of the target.From the corner the ball drops to Terry, but Hart is quickly off his line to block his cross before Toure finally clears the danger.Chelsea win a corner as Toure puts the ball behind.Massive chance for City as Kolarov picks out Silva's run into the box but under pressure from Azpilicueta he is unable to direct his effort on target.Great effort from Silva from the free-kick, but Cech is equal to it to tip it over the crossbar.City win a free-kick wide left on the edge of the box after Toure is caught by Willian.Chelsea try to catch City on the break and Willian finds Ramires on the edge of the box, but his shot is straight down the throat of Hart.Kolarov's dangerous cross is deflected into his own side-netting by Cahill for a corner. Chelsea manage to clear the danger from the corner.Lucky escape for Chelsea as Jovetic gets on the end of a ball from Dzeko's poor shot inside the box and his cross is cleared in front of his own goal by Cahill. Great defending from the Chelsea centre-half.From the corner Chelsea hit the post again as Cahill sees his header come back off the left-hand up right with Hart stranded in the City goal.Zabaleta clears Willian's corner for another corner.Chelsea win a corner as Nastasic clears the ball under pressure from Ramires.Silva's free-kick is cleared by Terry with the Chelsea defence still holding firm.Matic is adjudged to have handled the ball as City win a free-kick wide on the left. Chance to get a ball into the box.Great cut out by Kompany as Eto'o tries to pick out Willian.Kolarov steps up and curls his free-kick well over the crossbar.Surely it is too far out for a shot at goal, but Kolarov looks like he is lining it up.City win a free-kick 35 yards from goal as Luiz catches Jovetic.Toure brings down Willian and the City man is getting frustrated.Luiz's attempted free-kick is blocked by the City wall.City make the first change of the game as Jovetic replaces Negredo.Chelsea win a free-kick 30 yards from goal as Kompany pushes over Ramires.Crowd trying to get behind City as they look to draw level.Good defending from Navas as he robs the ball off Hazard to win City a goalkick.What an effort from Matic as he picks the ball up from 30 yards and lets fly with a shot which smashes off the post with Hart well beaten.City go close to equalising as Dzeko lays the ball back to Toure inside the box and his haf volley flies just wide of the far post. Decent effort from the City midfielder.From the corner Hart gathers it at the second attempt.The ball then falls to Willian who sees his shot deflected behind by Zabaleta for a corner.Great run from Hazard and he feeds Ivanovic who sees his cross punched out by Hart.Dzeko gets on the end of Zabaleta's cross, but under pressure from Cahill he can only head his effort wide of the target.Good tackle from Cahill to stop Kolarov getting on the end of Dzeko's intended pass.RESTART: There are no changes from either side at the break as Chelsea get the second half underway.Tom De Luca believes City are there for the taking and is going for a 2-0 win to Chelsea.Alan Anderson believes City are struggling because they are missing Sergio Aguero and can see Chelsea shutting up shop to win 1-0.What changes do you think either manager need to make at the interval?HALF-TIME: The referee brings the first half to a close with Chelsea leading 1-0 at the break thanks to Ivanovic's superb strike.City all over the place at the break as Eto'o almosts gets in on goal before Nastasic clears the danger.Negredo is caught by a stray arm from Matic, but the referee fails to give anything.There will be two minutes off added time at the end of the opening 45 minutes.Great run down the left by Hazard as he beats Zabaleta and his cross finds Eto'o wide on the right and his effort comes back off the crossbar. So close to 2-0 for Chelsea.Ramires feels he should have a corner after he kicks the ball off Zabaleta, but the goalkick goes to City.Kolarov is booked for a late lunge on Luiz down the right.From the corner the ball drops to Dzeko who has time to get a shot away, but leaning back he spoons his shot over the top.Navas wins a corner off Hazard as City look to get back into the game.Matic is the latest player to be booked for a foul on Toure.So far Jose Mourinho has got his tactics spot-on with Chelsea looking dangerous every time on the break.Important touch from Azpilicueta as he clears the ball for a corner. From the corner Dzeko is unable to direct his header on target.Demichelis is booked for a little kick out at Hazard.Poor pass from Eto'o as he tries to pick out Willian, but Zabaleta cuts it out. The ball then drops to Hazard and he fires in a shot which is well collected by Hart at his near post.Navas gets on the end of a cross from Kolarov, but his volley into the ground bounces up and into the grateful arms of Cech.Ivanovic's joy is tempered as he has now been booked for a foul on Silva.Ramires sees his shot blocked by Kompany and the ball falls to Ivanovic who fizzes in a left-footed shot into the bottom corner giving Hart no chance. Great strike from the defender.GOAL FOR CHELSEA!!!!Navas tries his luck with a shot from the edge of the box, but his effort is blocked by Matic.Terrible control from Eto'o as the ball bounces off him and goes straight out of play.Good run by Navas, but his final pass is poor and runs straight through to Cech.Chelsea catch City on the break and Willian slips in Ramires who sees his shot well saved by Hart and the rebound falls to Willian who acrobatically volleys over the top. Big chance wasted by the visitors thereGood block from Cahill to keep out Kolarov's cross before again clearing Silva's attempted volley for a corner to the home side.Ramires' cross deflects into the hands of Hart as the pace of the game slows for the first time.Neat skill from Dzeko to lose Luiz and his curling shot from the edge of the box just flies wide of the far post.Luiz takes the free-kick and it is a shocking effort as he balloons it high, wide and not very handsome!Chelsea win a free-kick 25 yards from goal after Hazard is brought down by Nastasic. Chance for the visitors here.Eto'o works some space on the edge of the box for a shot, but his effort is comfortably saved by Joe Hart.City go close to scoring as Toure rampages into the box and crosses for Silva to flick his effort just wide from inside the six-yard box. Best opening of the game so far.Navas tees up Toure on the edge of the box and his first-time shot is clipped just over the crossbar. Decent effort from the City midfielder.As expected fast-paced start from both sides and it remains 0-0.It looks like Willian has been given a free role and will try to support Eto'o in attack.Eto'o is caught offside as he latches onto Hazard's pass on what looked a dangerous break from Chelsea.Silva wins a free-kick midway inside the Chelsea half after being felled by Luiz.Navas sends over a deep corner, but Negredo can't get enough on his header to direct it on target.City win their first corner of the game as Matic deflects Zabaleta's cross behind.Demichelis has made a bright start in midfield so far for City.Brilliant fizzed in cross from Kolarov and Toure just can't get on the end of it inside the six-yard box. Great move from City.Willian's corner is cleared by Zabaleta before the ball drops to Luiz and he fails to connect with his shot much to the delight of the City fans.Kompany and Nastasic almost make a mess of a clearance before Kompany clears Willian's cross behind for a corner.Toure is back on his feet and it looks like he will be okay to continue.Toure is down and in need of treatment after appearing to be caught by Eto'o. This could be a worry for City.Eto'o is caught by Kompany and the striker is rolling across the pitch and the defender is given a ticking off by referee Mike Dean.City made the brighter start and putting Chelsea under pressure everytime they are on the ball.The free-kick is poor and on the stretch Demichelis heads well wide of the target.City win a free-kick as Silva is caught by Matic. Chance to load the box and get a ball in.Negredo shows his strength to get the wrong side of Cahill before blazing his shot well over the top.Chance for Willian to get a cross into the box, but Kompany does well to block out the danger.Early scare for Chelsea as Cech races from his goal and just about clears the danger. Not sure what the keeper was doing there as Cahill tried to head the ball back to his keeper.KICK-OFF:Man City get the game underway at a packed Etihad Stadium.The two managers who have had a bit of history in the past shake hands before the game.The two sides enter the pitch as we get ready for kick-off.Paul Chamberlain believes Matic could be the key player for Chelsea tonight and that the pace of Willan and Hazard could prove to be the difference on the break.Reuben Moore has declared himself with Jose Mourinho's starting XI and thinks they can win 1-0.We are less than ten minutes from kick-off and we are all excited about this one.Gerry all the way from Miami is confident of a 2-0 win to City.Kenny Owen is going for an open game and is tipping Chelsea to win 4-3.
