A number of clubs, including CSKA Moscow, Anzhi Makhachkala and Zenit St Petersburg, have all reportedly been eyeing a move for the Vitesse Arnhem star.

The Ivory Coast international currently tops the Eredivisie scoring charts with an impressive 18 goals in 19 matches and he has also been linked with Premier League clubs Newcastle, Chelsea, Liverpool and West Ham.

One of Bony's two representatives Francis Kacou admitted that there was some interest from three Russian clubs in the attacker, but he also made it clear that there were 'no serious talks' about signing him.

Kacou expects the 24-year-old to finish the season at Vitesse, where he has excelled.

He told Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad: "If a Russian club comes in with a very good offer for him then of course the offer will be considered. But there is only three more months of the season remaining.

"I am hoping Bony will score a lot of goals in the remaining few months of the season and then he can choose from whatever club he wants in the summer."
