Moses, who joined Liverpool on a season-long loan from Chelsea on transfer deadline day, has been impressed by what he has seen during his short time at Anfield.
Liverpool are the early Premier League pacesetters after three wins and a draw from their opening four games and Moses, who scored in Monday's 2-2 stalemate with Swansea, believes the squad is strong enough to maintain their challenge at the top end of the table.
"Look at the way we've started, and we're still unbeaten. I believe we can win the title," Moses told the Daily Star.
"There's enough quality players here that can win us games and help us to win the Premier League.
"A lot of people are saying that Liverpool can finish in the top four, but we believe in ourselves as footballers.
"We're very confident, not just me but the other players, that we can be looking beyond the top four.
"This year is a lot different. If you look at the way the table is at the moment, anyone can win the league."
