Both sides appear doomed to relegation as they are 10 points adrift of safety with just four matches remaining, but the Royals can prolong their stay in the Premier League with a victory.
Karacan said: "The fans need to see that we are giving 110% and we need to get maximum points from these games.
"QPR have got great quality players, they've spent a lot of money and have a great manager in Harry Redknapp.
"It's always going to be a tough game, we always have good encounters with them and I'm sure it'll be a good one for everyone watching.
"We just have to keep going, until it's mathematically impossible for us to stay up we've got to give all we can."
Karacan has welcomed the new philosophy being introduced by boss Nigel Adkins and enjoyed one of his best games this season in the 2-1 defeat at Norwich last weekend.
"It's a confidence thing," he said. "We've changed our style of play and it's given us a license to go out and enjoy ourselves.
"I think that was the most I've passed the ball for a long time. That way of playing I've always liked it and enjoyed it, it's nice to have a fresh way of thinking."
