Serie A side Napoli are also rumoured to scrutinising the Under 21 international, who has scored twice for his club side in this season's Europa League.
Maribor face Spurs at White Hart Lane on Thursday, providing Andre Villas Boas with another chance to assess Beric at close quarters, but his club are ignoring talk of a possible move for their player.
"Tomorrow's match against Tottenham is everything we are thinking about at this moment," said Maribor director of sport Zlatko Zahovic.
"We want to get a good result in London.
"Beric? Believe me, I do not know anything about interest from those clubs mentioned," he added to Slovenian newspaper Ekipa.
