Chelsea will now face Tottenham at Stamford Bridge on 8 May

The match was originally due to take place on Sunday but had to be moved to accommodate Chelsea's FA Cup semi-final with Manchester City at Wembley, which they lost 2-1.

The fixture, which will be shown live on Sky as originally planned, could go a long way to deciding who secures a Champions League place next season.

Chelsea's ongoing involvement in the Europa League meant possible dates were limited, with the new fixture coming just 10 days before the end of the season.
