Manchester City effectively need just a point at home to West Ham to secure their second title in three seasons and you can see the Etihad showdown live on Sky Sports 1 from 2pm.

Liverpool still have a chance of ending their 24-year wait for a league title and will be waiting to pounce if City slip up. They host Newcastle at Anfield and the game is live on Sky Sports 2 from 2.55pm.

And that's not all. We're also bringing you a THIRD live Premier League game on Sky Sports 3 as Tottenham host Aston Villa looking to secure a place in the Europa League next season.

Over on Sky Sports News, Jeff Stelling and the gang will be live from midday with a Gillette Soccer Special, bringing you goal news and updates from the 10 Premier League games on the final day of the season.

From 8.30pm on Sky Sports 1 we'll bring you Game of the Day - a full rerun of the best match of the afternoon.

The reason Liverpool fail in so many big games is the inflexible nature of their manager and his inability to find strikers who fit into his inflexible style of play. A feature of nearly every game that the team comes up short is the way the opposition midfield appears to overpower them. It's too easy.
