The former QPR frontman scored the equaliser before leaving the field clutching his ankle on the stroke of half-time.
"We'll assess it more in the morning (Wednesday). It's a kick just above the ankle, so we'll see how that settles down," Bowyer told the club's official website.
"I thought he looked sharp again. He took his goal ever so well and he's showing people what he can do."
Campbell signed a two-year deal with Rovers in the summer having departed Loftus Road.
