Paul Dummett: Two senior appearances for Newcastle this season

Newcastle defender Dummett, who made his Premier League debut against Manchester City last month, replaces Neal Eardley in the squad for games against Macedonia and Serbia.

And Cardiff midfielder John gets his first senior call-up in place of Swansea's Ashley Richards, who has joined Birmingham's Eardley and Joe Allen of Liverpool in withdrawing.

Left-back Dummett returned to Newcastle in the summer after a loan spell at St Mirren and has appeared twice for the first team already this season.

And John was named in Malky Mackay's first Premier League line-up of the season at West Ham.
