The 23-year-old, who has often been linked with top football clubs around Europe, says that German football is still catching up.
However, the Germany international insists that the Bundesliga is now "attractive to watch" and that the difference between it and the Premier League is "getting smaller and smaller".
"German football has really improved in the last two or three years," Reus told The Times.
"I still think the Premier League is the best in Europe, with most of the top international players, but Germany has caught up well and the difference is getting smaller and smaller.
"Our fans get the feeling that German football is really development, and it is actually really attractive to watch now."
Reus will be in action for Dortmund against Manchester City at home in their final Champions League Group D fixture on Tuesday.
