Merouane Zemmama: Scored seven times for Middlesbrough

The 29-year-old arrived from Hibernian in January 2011 and departs after scoring seven goals in 48 appearances.

Boro boss Tony Mowbray, who also managed Zemmama at Hibernian, said: "I'd like to thank Merouane for his efforts while he was here with us.

"The decision we have reached is a mutual one and I would like to wish him well and every success in the future."

Zemmama is a full Moroccan international and has made seven appearances for his national side.
