Sky Sports understands a number of Premier League clubs are tracking Parma defender Yohan Benalouane.

Yohan Benalouane: Attracting interest from the Premier League

The Tunisia international is in a co-ownership deal between Parma and Cesena after a successful season on loan at Parma last term.

Benalouane joined Parma on loan following Cesena's relegation and they decided to buy his ownership rights after impressing at the Ennio Tardini

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to England in the past and several sides are now thought to be weighing up moves for the centre-back before the close of the transfer window.

The likes of Stoke, Fulham and Swansea have all been credited with an interest in the former St Etienne stopper.

Benalouane is believed to be keen on playing in England and now his suitors are ready to firm up their interest in the player before the transfer window closes next Monday.
