Ryan Fraser: A target for a number of Premier League and Championship clubs

Fraser is regarded as one of the best young prospects to emerge in Scotland in recent years after establishing himself in the first-team scene this season at Pittodrie.

The 18-year-old has been earning rave reviews with his performances and he has been voted the SPL Young Player of the Month twice this season.

A number of clubs in England have been sending scouts to cast an eye over Fraser and the skilful wide-man could only have impressed the interested parties.

The likes of Swansea, Wigan, Burnley and Huddersfield have all been credited with an interest in Fraser, while Scottish champions Celtic are admirers of the player.

Fraser's current contract expires in May meaning the youngster is free to talk to English clubs about a possible move from December 1st rather than having to wait until January if his deal expired in June.

The news has alerted Fraser's suitors who are all keen to steal a march on their rivals in the race to land the winger.

Aberdeen are still in talks with Fraser over a new deal, but they could find it hard to keep hold of the starlet in January if any clubs south of the border firm up their interest in the talented youngster.
