Cedric Evina: Attracting interest from a number of clubs

The former Arsenal youngster has impressed in recent weeks for Charlton and his performances have not gone unnoticed.

The 21-year-old, who joined Charlton in 2011, is out of contract at the Valley at the end of the season and the news has alerted several of his suitors.

A host of Championship clubs, including Birmingham, are thought to be keeping tabs on Evina's situation at Charlton as they weigh up a move for the Cameroon-born ace.

Charlton boss Chris Powell is a big admirer of Evina and he is keen for the club to tie him down to a new deal to ward off his suitors.
