Anthony Wordsworth: Ipswich leading the chase for the Colchester winger

Wordsworth's future at Colchester has been the subject of speculation with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.

Charlton have been credited with an interest in Wordsworth, but Ipswich are thought to be favourites to land the highly-rated 24-year-old.

Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy is keen to bring in a new winger as he looks to add to his attacking options and Wordsworth is thought to be his top target.

Wordsworth, who is currently serving a two-game ban, is thought to be interested in a move to Portman Road and he is weighing up his future at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
