Lawrie Wilson: Thinks his side are due some luck

The Addicks were beaten by a deflected Scott McDonald goal in Saturday's 1-0 derby defeat by Millwall and have won only once all season.

They were also without top scorer Yann Kermorgant and player of the year Chris Solly, who could return from injuries in time for next weekend's trip to in-form Burnley.

Wilson said: "At the minute the luck isn't with us. Things like the deflection happen in games, and it just feels like the luck is not on our side at the moment.

"If we keep doing the right things in training, eventually things will start falling for us.

"We'll have to recover to start with and get that right so we're fully fit. We have injuries hopefully coming back at the end of the week and we haven't had a clean sheet yet.

"I think that's got to be where we go from here. Keeping a clean sheet and moving on from there because that's where it starts."
