The 22-year-old French full-back is also wanted by Juventus, Bayern Munich, Werder Bremen, Lyon and Monaco, according to France Football.

Corchia is under contract at Stade Bonal until 2015, but with Sochaux currently in the relegation zone, it appears he could be set for a move to a new club in the summer.

"People are working for me on that level," Corchia said. "Above all, I want to focus on how to get salvation for Sochaux before thinking about me.

"My value and possible opportunities will not be the same if we remain in Le Championnat or not. To join a big club you have to be steady.

"However, I feel I have achieved the best season of my career yet."

Corchia joined Sochaux from Le Mans in 2011 and has made 25 appearances for the club so far this season.

He has previously been linked with a move to Arsenal, who are reportedly preparing themselves for the possible departure of Bacary Sagna in the summer.

Corchia has been capped 26 times by France Under-21s.

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.

afa has to be favourite for the Everton job now, surely :) He'll realise his ambition to live and work on Merseyside again, get the best out of whoever plays for them, maybe win some cups and be thoroughly loathed by the toffee fans. What's not to like? Go ead, Ken, gimajob!
