Hosted by Fenners and Merse, our live Friday night extravaganza brings you chat, laughs and all sorts of surprises with top guests from the world of football and beyond.

This week their special guest is Bowyer, who has represented the likes of Charlton, Leeds, West Ham, Newcastle and Birmingham City during his career.

He'll be telling us about his life and times in football - including his international call-up for England - and letting us know what the future holds following his departure from latest club Ipswich Town.
