Freeman could win his 10th cap at that level in Llanelli on Friday, March 22.

The 20-year-old full-back, signed from East Midlands rivals Nottingham Forest last summer, has made 12 first-team appearances for Derby this season.

He has been on the sidelines in recent weeks with an ankle injury but was

back in Nigel Clough's squad as an unused substitute in the Rams' 3-1 defeat to Birmingham last Saturday.

Meanwhile, Freeman's team-mate Mark O'Brien has been placed on stand-by for the Republic of Ireland Under-21 Squad for their forthcoming international against Portugal in Dublin on Monday, March 25.

Like Freeman, O'Brien returned from a month out with a knee injury as an unused sub at St Andrew's.

m starting to think Roman may never actually be happy at the top level. If he wants all conquering fancy football I wonder if he'd be better off buying a lower division side then paying outlandish salaries to attract high caliber players too good for the division.
