Martyn Waghorn: Is a threat to Derby, says Nigel Clough

The Lions are expected to complete the loan signing of Leicester striker Martyn Waghorn ahead of Saturday's game.

Waghorn was of interest to Clough recently and the Rams boss expects the England Under-21 international to play against his side at The Den.

"He is someone we have watched over the past couple of seasons," said Clough.

"He has gone a bit quiet recently and perhaps not played as many games as he would have liked, but he is someone who can cause defenders problems.

"They have some injury problems so there is a good chance he will play and it will be his first game, at home as well, and he will be hoping to impress."
