Mulumbu missed the Baggies' home defeat by Tottenham at the weekend with a knee injury picked up on Africa Cup of Nations duty with DR Congo.

But Mulumbu told a fan on Twitter, who had asked if he would available to face the Reds, that "it should be good".

Mulumbu has been training with striker Peter Odemwingie while the rest of the squad enjoy a mini-break after their recent heavy schedule.
