Ezekiel chasing dream switch

Standard Liege striker Imoh Ezekiel has welcomed reports linking him with an imminent move to England or France.

The 19-year-old striker has been in fine form this season, netting on a consistent basis in the Belgian top-flight.

He is under contract until 2017, but a summer approach for his services could see him freed from that agreement.

Lille are said to be keen on taking Ezekiel to Ligue 1, while West Bromwich Albion are understood to consider the youngster to be a potential replacement for unsettled frontman Peter Odemwingie.

Ezekiel is aware of the speculation surrounding his future and admits it would be 'a dream' if he were to secure a switch to one of Europe's most prestigious divisions.

He said: "I want to play one day away from Belgium. To play in the English league would be a dream come true.

"I have been linked with many teams, but a French team or an English team would be attractive to me."
