Stephen Hunt: Linked up with Blackpool on trial

Hunt is looking for a new club after being released by Wolves at the end of last season.

A number of clubs have been linked with a move for the 32-year-old, but Blackpool could be now ready to offer him a deal at Bloomfield Road if he impresses during his training stint.

Hunt linked up with Blackpool for training last week but the Republic of Ireland international is refusing to rush into joining a new club.

"I've had some decent offers and I'm just looking for the right time," Hunt is quoted as saying in the Blackpool Gazette.

"I'm taking a little bit of a gamble but in the long run it might be worth it for me.

"I liken it to a game of poker. I've been dealt a few hands in the last few weeks that I've kind of thrown back into the mix, waiting for a different one - a pair of kings hopefully."

reat games with free flowing atracttive football featuring 4 top teams, showing it is possible to win in the right way entertaining fans at the same time. All the mourinho apologists if you only care about the result why watch the game at all or any game for that matter. It made me laugh how they all turned up on twitter to criticise pep when mourinho couldn't even get this far.
