James Henry (r): Heading for Wolves

Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett is no stranger to the 24-year-old following his time in charge at The Den, leaving the London club at the end of last season after five-and-a-half years at the helm.

Henry, who plays on the right side of midfield, held talks at Wolves' Compton training ground with Jackett and will sign subject to passing a medical.

Millwall boss Steve Lomas told the club's official website: "James is in the final year of his contract, hasn't been in the team in the last few games and naturally wants to be playing.

"In an ideal world you want to keep all your best players in the squad, but under the circumstances we have allowed James to go on loan to Wolves."
