Glenn Murray: Crystal Palace striker has put pen-to-paper on his new deal

Murray agreed a new deal at Palace last month and he has now officially penned the three-year contract extension.

The 29-year-old is the Championship's top scorer this season with 29 goals, 30 in all competitions, and he has been instrumental in their push for promotion to the Premier League.

Murray moved to Selhurst Park in the summer of 2011 on a free transfer from Brighton and he has been a massive success for the Eagles.

News of Murray's new deal will come as a welcome boost to Ian Holloway's side as they look to end a poor run of form and secure their place in the Championship play-offs.
