Andy Drury: Set to drop into the free agent pool this summer

The 29-year-old is readying himself to drop into the free agent pool with his current deal set to expire.

Ipswich have decided against taking up an extension option on his contract, allowing him to head for the exits.

Drury has spent the last two-and-a-half years at Portman Road, having completed a switch from Luton Town in January 2011.

He has enjoyed regular football throughout his time with the second tier outfit, while taking in a loan spell at Crawley Town in late 2011.

Drury is not expected to be without a club for long this summer, with it believed that sides from the Championship and League One have expressed an interest in acquiring his services.
