Kei Kamara: On-loan striker is waiting for Norwich to make a decision

Kamara, who is a cult figure among Canaries fans, is currently on loan at Carrow Road but the deal ends on May 6, meaning he would not be available for the last two games of the season unless a permanent deal is secured.

Sporting KC chief manager and technical director Peter Vermes believes Norwich, who have already signed Dutch striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel for £8.5m from Sporting Lisbon for next season, may be holding off until they are certain of Premier League football.

Vermes told the MLS club's official website, sportingkc.com: "We are looking into it, but I haven't heard anything yet.

"We have already negotiated everything. Other than Kei saying he doesn't want to do it, it would pretty much go through.

"They are not really sure where they sit right now and where they are going to go. If they would be a little more secure in their position in the league, I think it would be easier for them to make a deal one way or the other.

"Right now, I think that is why we're not hearing anything."

e have the personnel. The trick is keeping them fit. Carrick and Blind have missed large chunks of the season, while the defence has been one muddled mess of intermittent stooges, all coming and going at various intervals thus far. We may be just short of title winning quality, but we're half way through. An injury crisis to either of the top two could change things. Optimistic, yes, but not unrealistic.

arish is the man to blame for this shambles. Pulis must be chuckling into his left over turkey sandwich. I pray this doesn't mean the Neil Warnock media machine will kick in now and he'll be back on the telly box.

e almost found a new way to lose, just when I thought it was getting boring Giroud does that. Although Arsenal are deservedly called 'soft' the entire midfield is out injured. Still must admit MU are managing to win despite a similar raft of absentees. Think the Gunners have good players but poorly coached.
