Cardiff players were incensed when Leroy Fer rolled the ball into an empty net following a throw-in after goalkeeper David Marshall had put the ball out for home midfielder Alex Tettey to receive treatment.

That sparked a melee in the closing stages of the 0-0 draw and the FA has opted to charge them.

"Both Norwich City and Cardiff City have been charged by The FA for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion," read a statement on the FA's official website.

"It follows an incident which occurred in or around the 94th minute of their fixture on Saturday 26 October 2013.

"Both clubs have until 6pm on 4 November 2013 to respond to the charge."

ven if United were to sign CR7 & Messi to play upfront, the fact remains Fletcher and Cleverly are playing in midfield. That's where the problem is. Fletcher is too slow with an awful pass, while Cleverly is simply rubbish
